Maeve Coughlin (NOT pronounced like “mauve” the color) is a Junior creative writer at Douglas Anderson. This is her first year on The Artisan as the photographer. She has taken two journalism classes in the past – one in middle school and one in her sophomore year.
She has been writing since she got her first pair of glasses and was able to see words on paper. She comes from a family of writers and artists.
In her future, she intends to become a fiction editor for lesser-known authors. When she is not writing or critiquing the work of internet “journalists,” she can be found feeding a group of stray cats at her local park or pursuing random knowledge across many media platforms.
